At kickoffer.shop, we care deeply about your satisfaction. For physical planners, we provide a 30‑day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. Please note that digital items are subject to different terms since they are available for download immediately after purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Please note: returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
